Founded in 2010, our journey began as a tribute to the late William Patrick Ronner, affectionately known as Bill, a distinguished Rutgers School of Law alumnus whose passion for law and justice laid the foundation for our firm.

Our co-founder, Randi Weiner, brings over three decades of invaluable experience to our team. A proud graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Randi's expertise and deep understanding of the law have been instrumental in shaping our firm's success and reputation.
Linda Tran, a 2006 Cooley Law School graduate, completes our trio of founding partners. Linda's fresh perspectives and innovative legal strategies have significantly contributed to our firm’s dynamic approach to legal challenges.

Linda Tran, a dynamic and highly regarded member of the legal community, began her academic journey at Rutgers University, where she laid a solid foundation with her undergraduate studies. She furthered her legal education at Cooley Law School, emerging as a graduate ready to make a significant impact in the field. Linda's career has been marked by a remarkable trajectory, evolving from an associate to a partner, a testament to her dedication and skill. With a practice spanning 17 years, she has consistently demonstrated a blend of professionalism and approachability, making her a trusted and valued advocate in the legal world.
